At Glow we are continually searching for ways to inspire and enhance your retreat experience.
So we are delighted to be co-hosting a 5 night sound healing & yoga retreat from 10-15 May, at the beautiful Can Shanti, Ibiza with the wonderful human that is Daniela Kofman - an intuitive energy and sound healer, normally based in Marbella.
Our collective mission for this retreat is a holistic approach that integrates the power of healing yoga with crystal light and healing sound therapy. Daniela's AlchemyFlow sessions showcase Alchemy singing bowls, renowned for their ability to clear energetic blockages, align chakras, and facilitate healing on all levels - physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Daniela's own healing journey began over a decade ago with a yoga teacher's training course, followed by a transformative month in an ashram. This journey continues to unfold, as she believe that healing is an ongoing process of self-discovery, growth, and transformation. Over the years, she has explored various healing modalities and she is, like us deeply passionate about empowering clients and guiding them to take control of their lives, happiness, and well-being. She encourages them to prioritise self-care and to invest time in activities that replenish their energy and promote a healthy balance in life.
It's hard to describe the power of Daniela's work. She often calls her practice ‘deep relaxation through sound’, however it goes much deeper than this. Alchemy crystal bowls embody a captivating allure that transcends mere sound. Their unique vibrations reach deep within, stirring the very essence of our being and also resonate physically on a cellular level to produce intense physical and mental reactions. The sessions foster inner harmony, renewed vitality and a deep sense of peace.
