There are several options when it comes to direct flights from London to Ibiza, with flights from Heathrow, Gatwick, City and Gatwick. Here are a few of the airlines offering direct flights:

  • Ryanair: Providing affordable and frequent flights from London to Ibiza, usually from Stansted Airport.

When is the cheapest time to travel to Ibiza?


If you book in advance, there are plenty of affordable flight options available to travel to Ibiza. The cheapest months tend to be off-season, with April and May being amongst the cheapest months to travel to the island, with plenty of flights and warm weather on offer (plus Glow Retreats to attend, of course!). Flights generally range from £30 to £150, depending on dates and availability. 


What is the airport in Ibiza?


Ibiza Airport is located 7 km (4.5 miles) southwest of Ibiza Town, near San José. It serves as the main international airport for the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Formentera, welcoming nearly 6 million passengers annually. 


Are there flight-free travel options from London to Ibiza?


The quickest way to travel from London to Ibiza without flying is by taking a train to Barcelona and then an overnight ferry from Barcelona to Ibiza. This journey involves taking a train from London to Barcelona, staying overnight in Barcelona, and then catching the overnight ferry to Ibiza. There are two options for this journey, both requiring an overnight stay in a hotel. This is a great option if you want a low-carbon alternative and want to lengthen out your trip with some extra stops on the way. The journey time for this route is approximately 36 hours, with options like departing from London to Barcelona and then taking the evening ferry to Ibiza or departing from London to Paris, staying overnight, and then travelling to Barcelona in time for the evening ferry to Ibiza.
